Mr. Thomas Thompson Essel is the  Secretary General at the African Rural and Agricultural Credit Association (AFRACA). He brings a wealth of experience from the  Economic and Development sectors. Prior to joining AFRACA, he worked at the Bank of Ghana for over twenty-two years holding different positions with the latest being Head of External Financial Relations and Head of the Bank of Ghana-initiative “Ghana Incentive-Based Risk-Sharing System for Agricultural Lending” (GIRSAL) where he provided strategic and technical guidance to the team...

Mr. John Amimo is the Head of Programmes at AFRACA.  He previously served as the Credit Manager for the Coffee Development Fund, a state corporation focused in providing financial solutions and services to coffee producers and SME’s in Kenya. Prior to joining the Fund, he worked for several NGO’s as Project Manager, managing SME programs in informal settlements in Kenya and he is experienced in fundraising activities. Caroll Bakang is the Head of Multilateral Relations at AFRACA. She maintains a cordial relationship with all AFRACA members as well as partners and has great experience in developing programs on rural and agriculture development. Having served the Association for more ten years, Ms. Bakang has gained a lot of knowledge and experience in working with NGOs and the diplomatic mission. Ms. Bakang is a lawyer and holds a postgraduate diploma on Investment Planning and Portfolio Management.   ...

Moses Jumah is the Assistant Accountant at AFRACA. He joined the Association on 1st March 2006 and he has over 15  years experience in Financial Management and Administration. Mr. Obolah holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management-Finance and Banking option.
