The World Congress on Rural and Agricultural Finance is a forum convened every three years by continental Rural and Agricultural Finance Associations (RACAs) namely, AFRACA (Africa), APRACA (Asia), ALIDE (Latin America), CICA (Europe) & NENARACA (Near East and North Africa) on one continent. The previous two were held in New Delhi, India in Asia and Morelia, Mexico in Latin America, respectively. Its objective is to bring together member financial institutions and key development actors from all continents to share best practice and discuss topical global development issues with the purpose of raising critical policy recommendations to influence the flow of investment to rural and agricultural sectors that demand immediate attention to help achieve national and global development goals.
